Hate is a strong word
We all know this to be true.
We can mask its appeal
With dislike. Digging deep,
Down. The aftertaste of dislike,
Is in fact concentrated, constantly,
Fed to grow: Hatred.
It's a sad reality that is hard to swallow,
Lets just face it. We are prone to it,
we are known for it. So we allow ourselves,
To pursue it. Human nature at its finest degree.
Hatred is indeed created easily and unwillingly.
Stupid, agile and flaky. Touched upon when it need not be.
Added when the flame is at it's highest degree. Year lasting,
feuds are bloomed by hatred. simple apologies are poked,
And proded along when actual hopes in defeating, hatred.
Hatred is a man made disease. It may not kill you.
But, I will tell you, It could.

I do not believe that hatred grows over a day. Neither does it grow instantly. It needs an evil hand to feed it, an evil essence to nurture it.

if I view every single person
with contempt
Life has certainly presented me

And then when she needs you
The most in her entire life
You turn away from her
Her so-called best friend 'forever'
You should've realized
There was more behind that mask
How dare you call yourself

Confusion rips through her
As she tries to comprehend why
You've left her in this state
Cold and in a darkened room
Her breath catches every time
She sees you walking by her
Words want to come out
But you never give her the chance
Smothering her in silence
Locking her away in isolation
Leaving her with hatred

Fear,
Anger,
Distrust,
These things consume me,
Cause me to feel different than I am
They eat away at me on the inside,
Changing how I think and feel
It's hard to be uplifting,
When all you ever do is fall
It's impossible to be there for others,
When you need to be there for yourself
My mind wanders aimlessly,
Seeking answers that continue to elude
This world is slowly breaking me,
And I no longer know what to do
It's so very, very hard to fight,
When all you feel is broken inside

Hatred is a part of life folks. We all have that someone we hate, Even if we are too greedy to say it. we could even colored it up pretty with the word, "dislike'

Hatred may be even more infectious than any germ-based epidemic, in my eyes anyways... It just doesn't seem that way from the outside and likewise, we cannot exist without "hatred", something those "religious people" try to sway others away from when all their doing is prolonging the lesson that "hatred" is a cruel fire that cannot be ignored nor left alone, someone needs to feed the fire sooner or later, whether one likes it or not.
